本機(jī)采用全伺服控制，可印刷材料厚度0.3-0.0125mm，采用了恒張力自動(dòng)換算，輪轉(zhuǎn)式勻速走料，網(wǎng)版和刮刀通過伺服精準(zhǔn)控制，全伺服電機(jī)凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)控制壓力，解決了傳統(tǒng)式氣缸壓力的不穩(wěn)定性，提高了員工便捷式的操作和恒定的壓力，讓印刷跳距更精準(zhǔn)穩(wěn)定;采用高精度糾偏定位，真空吸風(fēng)勻速運(yùn)行加吸風(fēng)箱張力走料，從而更好、更穩(wěn)定的適用印刷界多種特殊材料印刷。
